    Dr. Kami Glenn has supported Native American schools and communities since 1992, serving as a teacher, school improvement specialist, principal, and superintendent.

    In 2012, she founded New Generation Educational Consulting, which has since tripled in size, earning a strong reputation for helping schools address challenges and improve student outcomes.

    With a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies, Dr. Glenn specializes in training leadership teams and building sustainable systems for school improvement.

    Her collaborative approach and practical solutions have made her a trusted partner in the schools she serves, helping educators and leaders create meaningful and lasting change.

  • Jessica Jelle-Begay

    Senior Educational Consultant, New Generation Educational Consulting

    Jessica Jelle-Begay has worked with Native American schools since 2003 and has spent the last 10 years with New Generation Educational Consulting.

    She provides onsite coaching and professional development to help teachers and administrators address challenges and improve outcomes.

    Her expertise includes team building, curriculum development, school improvement, Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), and strategies to support literacy development.

    Jessica is committed to working collaboratively with educators to create practical, sustainable solutions that benefit students and schools.

    Senior Educational Consultant, New Generation Educational Consulting

    Kalen Smith has been working with Native American schools since 1994 and brings 28 years of experience as a National Board Certified middle school science teacher.

    Her expertise lies in building collaborative and highly engaging classrooms that foster meaningful learning experiences for students.

    Kalen also specializes in supporting teachers with Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) and school initiatives, working closely with administrators on Cognia accreditation, and strengthening Professional Learning Communities (PLCs).

    Her ability to help educators create dynamic and effective learning environments makes her a valuable resource for schools striving to improve student outcomes.
